
My Bio
My journey began with a deep appreciation for the calming power of yoga and the invigorating freedom of being on the water. When I first tried SUP Yoga, I knew I had found something special—a practice that challenges the body, calms the mind, and connects you deeply with nature.
In my classes, I focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice. I believe that SUP Yoga offers a perfect blend of strength, balance, and mindfulness, and I’m committed to helping each person find their flow, both on the board and in life.
Outside of teaching, I’m constantly seeking new ways to grow and deepen my own practice, whether it’s through advanced training, exploring new waters, or simply enjoying the peace of a sunrise paddle. I’m excited to share this journey with you and help you discover the magic of SUP Yoga.
